Position: Clinical/Counseling Therapist (Adolescents and Adults)
Location: Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia
Full-Time or Part-Time Available
We are looking for licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW-C, LMFT) and licensed doctoral-level professionals (PhD or PsyD), who specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and/or high-performing individuals. Specialization in sport and performance psychology is required.

What We’re Looking For:
Adherence to the professional code of ethics of your license
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the following areas:
Diagnostic interviewing, Rapport building, Creation of treatment plans, Implementation of interventions appropriate to client goals
Maintaining professional boundaries, Completing clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Specialization in sport and performance psychology, Experience and/or training in trauma-informed care
Experience with team/group consultation and individual performance work
Commitment to socially progressive approaches to mental health care, including an understanding of systemic oppression, cultural trauma, and intersectionality
Ability to conduct therapy sessions in a confidential and private space for telehealth
Experience working with adolescents and/or high-performing individuals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to ongoing professional development and education
